Beginner RPG

Ok. This is going to be a simple roleplay.

Pick the name of your character (it can be anything).

You will be talking in third person point of view (PoV).

Ex: Fallon walked around the corner, almost running into a young girl selling candy.

Notice the fact that words like "I," "we," and "us" weren't used. You will only see those when the character is talking.

Ex: Fallon walked around the corner, almost running into a young girl selling candy. "I'm sorry. I guess I need to watch where I'm going," she said.

Since this site isn't a roleplay site, you'll need to do things a little differently. When you post, put your character name first, then go down a few lines before roleplaying.

Here's the setting and time for this roleplay:

Setting: A small city called Cirad; very quiet place; there is an arcade, park, stores, library, and houses

Time: late afternoon

Let's roleplay!

Fallon



Fallon crossed the street from her house, feeling the late afternoon sun on her back. The park was nearly empty, so she went there.

"Everything's too quiet," she muttered to herself.

siad




Siad was playing on a arcade gameand won But when he walked out of the game he discovered he was the only person in the arcade.
He walked and walked and still nobody he got scared.

Fallon



As she neared the park, she lost her interest. It's not as if anyone was there. No screaming children. No concerned parents. Just empty swings, swaying back and forth in the breeze.

A last minute decision, she turned down Oak Street, heading for the library. Fallon passed shop after shop, all empty. At first, the scene shocked her. But her mind adjusted quickly, taking in the silence as normal.

Passing the arcade, she saw a boy standing outside, looking around with a frightened expression.

She walked up to him.

"Hello. I'm Fallon."

Siad




"Where is everyone" He said

Fallon



She looks around, scanning the area. "I'm not sure. Actually, I'm not really sure if there is anyone else." Fallon sighs.

Fallon wanders off, heading for the library.

Siad


Siad follows Fallon to the libary with a scared look on his face.
He looks through the woods with fear.

Fallon



She looks behind her once, spotting the boy, before continuing on. The large wooden library doors rose above her. She pulled on the left, tugging hard. It finally came free.

Fallon entered, taking in the smells of paper and old bindings. She went directly for the Myths and Legends section, taking in the large dome ceiling, painted to look like stained glass.

"Now where is it?" she whispered to herself, scanning the shelves.

Siad


"What is all this" said Siad

He gets even more scared and starts to wander the room.

Fallon


She continues searching through the millions of books, until she spots it.

"Finally," she says.

Fallon pulls the book off the shelf. It has no title. The binding has a faded gold design along it in the shape of a thorny rose. She opens it, flipping through the pages like a manic.

"I knew it."

She walks over to where the boy is. "I think I found an answer." Fallon looks down at the book again. "Oh, by the way, I don't believe you told me your name," she stated, never looking up from the yellowed pages.

Siad


"My name is siad"
Siad trys to look at the book but cant get a proper look at the book.

"whats that book all about" he said softly

Fallon



"This book," she begins, "is a book of faerie myths." Fallon flips to another page and shows Siad. The illustration displays a large palace. Small faeries and what look like humans are everywhere.

She puts her ear to the book and smiles. "I knew it!" she exclaimed.

Ripping out the page, she shreds it into little pieces, taking them outside. She pulls out a lighter and sets the small pile on fire. Shrieks of pain fill the air, so loud, she has to cover her ears.

Suddenly it stops. Nothing of the page is left, not even the ashes.

Across the street, a door opens and a man and woman walk out.
